The bathroom. We spend hours each day in there. We shower there. We shave there. We perform other bodily functions there. If you look at an average day we're in the bathroom several times at least. But if contrasting changes and bright "flares" of color are to your liking, there can be no limits.
Color.
While planning a bathroom interior one of the starting points would be the range of colors, for it is intended for creation of a spirit and also for visual diminishing or enlarging of the room space. For instance, if you wish to widen it, paint the opposite wall by a light color with a hue of grey - and the wall will step back visually. Same "trick" may be applied to the ceiling and wood panels. You can diminish, enlarge or "cut" the bathroom space with the help of a border laid in a certain direction, from tiles of bright and contrasting colors.
